Two are required to make yogurt (Streptococcus themophilus and Loctobacillus bulgaricus) and we add four more: Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus rhamnosus.

No grains! Every yogurt flavor we create is gluten-free. Plain milk is naturally gluten-free and we add nothing to our yogurts to change that.
To maximize digestibility for everyone, all single-serving Yami Yogurts are lactose-free, though they are made with real milk. We add lactase, an enzyme, to break down the lactose. Since the enzyme actually increases sweetness, added sugars are reduced. A win/win for all.
